ORDER PROCESSING
Order processing takes approximately 1-2 business days (depending on the order). Processing an order starts as soon as the order is submitted. No order modifications will be allowed. Once your order is submitted you may not make any changes.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to change your addresses, shipping methods, products, refunds, cancellations, or any information submitted at time of ordering.
SHIPPING POLICY
Standard shipping time is 5 to 7 days
Expedited shipping time is 2 to 3 days
TruHair Boutique ships Monday-Friday (no weekends).(If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)
By ordering from THB you are subject to a fraud risk assessment.
RETURNS POLICY
All sales are FINAL. We do NOT accept exchanges or returns on any terms. Again ALL sales are final.
Our staff will do our best to provide you with quality products to your satisfaction and specifications. However this is not always possible. If you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may choose to reorder another product at a discounted price, with prior approval from our Customer Care Department. You have 10 days from the date of purchase to contact our team for discount approval. There will be No Exceptions!!
